This is HUGE. Kudos to Clark, Jay, and the rest of the @CatoInstitute crew. Police, and other government officials, should not be shielded from the consequences of misconduct they commit in the line of work. Here's hoping #SCOTUS sees it that way.

Agreed. It is a time to seriously consider a revamp of our immigration law as it relates to employment based immigration. Certain industries deemed essential should be exempt from time and numerical limitations where there is a recognized labor shortage (ex. nurses).
