Big qualified immunity news! @CatoInstitute just filed brief supporting cert in I.B. v. Woodard, where 10th Cir gave immunity for warrantless strip search of 4-year-old girl. Diverse alliance of dozen+ other groups & leading QI scholars also filed briefs.

Wouldn’t it be something if #SCOTUS granted this petition, which is supported by a politically diverse group of orgs and law profs, and then finally got rid of qualified immunity? Thanks @jay_schweikert and @CatoInstitute for running with this much needed reform.
