Actually, now that I think about it, CATO also put out a really good report a while back about opiate regulation policies. I appreciate that someone is pushing back on the fear-mongering with data. Well done.
I am not disputing these statistics but they seem to miss the point or perhaps even prove the opposite point. Of course more fentanyl is being seized at "legal entry points" because those points are controlled and subject to inspection.
